Heartfelt condolences to family of Paul from the Johnston family. My father, Roy admired Paul's tennis skills and enjoyed tennis matches at Sonnenberg with him. I also had opportunities to join in. So sorry for your loss of very kind, accomplished man. Take care from Karen Checho and

As a member of the CA class of 1964, we knew of his death in May. In reading the D&C obituaries, I was saddened yet again. He and I went to school together, K-12, and were great pals. We didn't date, we were just great friends. There is a great picture of him in our high school yearbook wearing my petty pants (can anyone remember those?), yellow with white eyelet lace. He wrote in my yearbook that he was not giving them back to me and he didn't. He was wearing them in a hockey game, but I can't remember why.
Warren Bacon and I will be attending his memorial mass on Friday and hope to add our condolences then.
