Scott J. Reese

Victor- Scott Reese, 41 years young, passed away peacefully in the arms of his soul mate, on August 28, 2017 after a long and courageous battle with Melanoma. He was surrounded by many loving family and friends.

Scott spent his lifetime helping others, first as a physical therapist and for the last 5 years at his dream job, a Flight Paramedic for Mercy Flight Central. A calling to which he was devoted. As Scott's battle became known he received messages and support from first responders, friends, and family all over the world.

Scott is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Erin (Hixson) Reese; son, Connor; daughters, Natalie, Madelyn and Hope; step-daughters, Madison and Kennedy Van Zummeren; parents, John and Janet Reese; brothers, Andy (Barb) and Jim (Donna) Reese; as well as many close cousins, aunts, uncles and many friends all over the country. Scott's kids, family, and friends were the light of his life.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, Sept. 1, from 4-8pm at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua. A 10am celebration of Scott's life will be held Saturday, Sept. 2, at Mercy Flight Central based at 2420 Brickyard Rd. Canandaigua.
