Obituary of Susan M. Wicks

Susan M. Wicks 

It is with great sadness that the family of Susan M. Wicks announces her passing after a battle with Cancer, on May 15th 2018, at the age of 63. 

Susan will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by her Husband, of nearly 46 years, James Wicks Jr., her Daughters Tricia Tepedino, Jessica Wicks (Ian Happell), her 3 Grandchildren Terrell Gray, Gabriela Tepedino and Caroline Tepedino and her dear friends Alice Hecker and Kim Maslyn along with many other friends and family. 

Susan was predeceased by her Parents James and Anna Boggs, Sister Mary Holbrook, and In-laws James Wicks Sr. and Lois Wicks.  

Born in Canandaigua on December 3rd 1954, a graduate of Canandaigua Academy Class of 1972, Susan was a life long resident of Canandaigua.  After being a homemaker while her children were young, she returned to the work force eventually working for nearly 30 years at the Canandaigua Veteran's Administration Hospital as a Pharmacy Technician, until her retirement in 2014. Susan was a strong, hard working, resilient woman with a gentle, kind, and giving nature and great sense of humor.  She could tackle any do-it-yourself project with creativity and precision.  She had an amazing eye for detail and organization.  A true perfectionist, she believed there was no sense doing a job if you were not going to do it right.  Sue Wicks was a wonderful woman that was loved, is missed and will always be cherished.

Calling hours will be held Tuesday, May 22, from 5-7 pm at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua.
