Obituary of Ellen M. Taylor

Ellen M. Taylor Canandaigua - Ellen Taylor, 84, of East Lake Rd., passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2018 at F. F. Thompson Hospital. Born in Canandaigua, Ellen graduated from Canandaigua Academy with the class of 1952. In 1955 she married Peter Taylor and began raising a family. Pete retired from the NY State Police in 1977. Following Pete's retirement, Ellen and he owned and operated Drew Stationary in Canandaigua. Always being service minded; they were very active in the downtown business district. Pete passed away in 2012. Ellen is survived by her sons; Douglas (Meri-Adele) Taylor, Paul (Kathy) Taylor, daughter; Taylor Anderson, three grandchildren; Jason and Scott (Corey) Taylor, Michael (Darla) Struble, and three great-grandchildren; Mazzie, Chaz and Piper Struble, and several nieces and nephews. The family invites friends to call Wednesday October 17 from 10 -12 am at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua, where a memorial service will take place at noon. A reception with refreshments will be hosted by the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 320 S Pearl St, Canandaigua, NY 14424.
