Obituary of Everett W. Warnshouse

 

  CLIFTON SPRINGS:  Everett "Doc" Warnshouse, 87, passed away peacefully with his family by his side on January 1 into the arms of Jesus.  He was the son of Clifford and Mildred Warnshouse of Clymer, NY:  a wonderful son, husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather that loved his family dearly.  He was employed be Tennessee Gas Pipeline Co. until he retired  in 1993.  Along with being a volunteer fireman, he was also a Sunday School teacher, choir member, deacon and treasurer in his former church.  Being a strong man of faith, by his example he instilled that faith in God to his family which guides and will be of comfort in the days ahead.  He was predeceased by his wife Betty; grandson Alex Warnshouse, great granddaughter Mae Patrick and his son-in-law Charles  Morphy.  He is survived by his son Scott (Betsy) Warnshouse, daughters Denise Morphy, Diane (Robert) Tewksbury and Corinne (Joseph) Sabin; 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; his sister Karen Krone and his friend and brother-in-law Richard Neckers and sister-in-law Clara; nieces,  nephews and extended family.  His family is grateful to the nurses, aides and staff at the dementia unit at Clifton Springs Hospital who provided outstanding care.  Memorial service were held Saturday, Jan. 5 at the First Congregational Church, 58 North Main  St., Canandaigua and burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery. Memorial Contributions my be made to the First Congregational Church.
