I will miss him tugging on my ponytails and the way he would always "pick" at me when we would come visit for family gatherings...he always had interesting stories to listen to and a quirky sense of humor that I loved, I even think a little of it rubbed off on me... RIP Uncle Kirk you will be missed and always in our hearts <3 <3
So sorry to hear of your loss Aunt Cindy...my thoughts and prayers are with you and the family in this difficult time... love you guys always. <3 <3

I loved Kirk! He was such a genuine person with a big heart for others. He also had this terrific, smart-alecky sense of humor that was so much fun. He was also quite skilled with fabricating. When Brian Luongo was so sick and the whole church was coming out to help on the surprise rebuilding of their home, Kirk made one of the most amazing and beautiful toy boxes for the kids. It was really a beautiful thing.
Cynthia and I attended New Hope Fellowship for several years. I recall Kirk's faithfulness. He was there every Sunday. The noise and commotion would get to him if he was upstairs but he would sit in the downstairs and drink coffee with whoever would join him. He was always there for the men's breakfast as well.
Kirk was a wonderful Godly man and he will be greatly missed. We are praying for you and your family.

Some of our precious memories of Mr. Kirk are the times he would stop by the house for a cup of coffee and talk with Doug. Doug called him his coffee buddy. Mr. Kirk would l d also stop down at the Community Shoppe to drink coffee with Doug. He loved his Lord, his wife Cindy, his kids, and his grandkids so much and loved to tell Doug stories about them. He will be missed so much.

I will miss how he used to tug or my hair to get my attention at family gatherings, saying "Hey kiddo"! I will miss his stories. I'm sure he is at peace, and watching down on us. ❤❤❤

My favorite memory of Kirk is any time I got to chat with him. He may have had a harsh looking exterior but his warmth and humor quickly came out in conversation. His love for the Lord, Cindy, and his children was always in his conversations.
