A heartfelt thanks to our family, friends, and community for all of your love and support in the wake of our son's untimely death. We are so grateful that during his life, Kyle was surrounded by such great friends, neighbors, teachers, professors, coaches, mentors, protectors, and family members. He will forever be in our hearts through eternity. We love you Kyle, see you on the other side.

I agree with the sentiments expressed in the obituary. Kyle was a student in one of my business classes at SUNY The College at Brockport a couple of years ago. In class he was quiet, respectful, and he was a good student. It's true that even though I was acquainted with him for only a short period of time, I was very sad after hearing about his departure from this earth. We can only hope that our lives will have just a fraction of the impact that Kyle's life had on others. Deepest condolences to all who knew him.

Kyle will be missed so much by his family and friends. He was a great friend to Zachary Shumaker, my grandson. They would come to our home and fish in our pond for bass. I remember the two of them competing ,who would catch the most fish and the largest one!! Kyle treated both my husband and I with respect, thanking us for letting them fish the pond.

I wanted to express my heartfelt condolences to all of Kyle’s family. Death is the hardest thing we have to deal with in life. I know my words can’t change anything and can do little to ease the pain you are feeling, so I pray that the God of comfort calm your hearts and help you heal. (2 Thessalonians 2:16,17) Lean on Him in the days to follow. One way that God comforts us today is by moving people who care about us to give us words of encouragement that we need to hear. I did not have the pleasure of knowing your son but I am to familiar with his journey. My son, Brennan Tatem, was a lot like your son and many others that I talk with nightly. Kind, loving, talented and brilliant. I have no answers for you but I can share that I believe our son's are now together in Heaven and happy and at peace once again. We were blessed to have them for many years and must hold tight to that gift. It sounds like your son touched so many lives (as did my son) so I can promise you that he will live in in many.
From a parent who lost her son to the monster I call Depression- please know that I am here if anyone ever would like to talk.
i am praying for you all!

Words cannot describe the sorrow we all feel for the loss of Kyle. Our family watched Kyle grow up since 2nd grade with Shawna, Zack, and Joey hanging out, laughing, skateboarding, joking and playing video games in our basement. A sweet boy with a beautiful smile who was just a "nice kid", and smart, well-mannered and a good influence.
Please accept our condolences and don't hesitate to contact us should you need anything.

Christy -- I am so sorry to hear about your son's passing. I have such fond memories of sitting in Xerox meetings with you and watching how excited you were to be pregnant, yet still working away as hard as you could, never skipping a beat. It is so sad to lose someone so young, but your son is at peace now and watching over your family. May your wonderful memories of him bring you smiles and the knowledge that he is in a safe and loving place now too. Bobbie Freitag

My heart hurts for the Cutri Family. What a sweet boy Kyle was, growing up in our YMCA programs. I still recall the day that his Bapa (Mike Cutri) stopped by the Y, on his way to the Elemenyary School Awards ceremony. He was so proud to be going to see Kyle receive his Citizenship Award. You are all in my thoughts, prayers and memories.
