Sister, Aimee (David) MacGregor of Charleston, South Carolina. Brothers-in-Law, Shane (Michelle) Armstrong of Brockport, NY. Brian (Karen) Armstrong of Rochester, NY. David (Theresa) Owen of Rochester, NY. Larry (Dianne) Armstrong of North Carolina. Father-in-Law Leslie (Elizabeth) Armstrong of Bergen, NY. Frank Diehl of Rochester, NY. Step mother, Eileen (John) Wegman-Koeberle of Palmyra, NY. Robert's father, Thomas (Bonnie) Mahaney of Middlesex, NY. Uncle, Harold Johnson of Rochester, NY. Cousins, Nancy Kocher of Victor New York. Patrick, Daniel, Nancy, and Peter Bills of South Bristol, NY. And many other relatives and friends.

She is predeceased by her father, Robert Bills; two stepfathers, Pasquale Angeline and Ralph Toscano;  brother, David Bills; grandparents, Byron and Marie Standish Bills, Harold and Clara Johnson; and mother-in-law, Anna Diehl.

Kathleen passed away at Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua after an extended battle with cancer. Her death was attended by her beloved husband, son, and mother. Kathleen had worked as a sales representative for L'eggs Hosiery for 23 years then as a sales representative for Map Works for several years before retiring in 2014. She also worked for two years as administrative secretary for New York Bow Hunters, Inc. Kathleen enjoyed gardening, machine knitting, dogs, hunting, travel, and especially spending time with family. Kathleen was a great lover of animals, especially dogs. Her favorite breed was the misunderstood Pit Bull. She spent a great deal of time, money and energy in service to the breed and animal rescue services both locally and nationwide. Kathleen was an avid machine knitter. She gave both public seminars and private lessons. She enjoyed trading and loved to buy and sell on eBay and other on-line auctions under the seller ID-momoarmstrong. She was New York Bow Hunter's volunteer eBay auction coordinator where she raised tens of thousands of dollars for the not-for-profit. Kathleen was an avid hunter and trained several excellent hunting dogs. She was a Life Member of The National Rifle Association, the New York State Conservation Council, New York Bow Hunters Inc., and the South Bristol Fish and Game Club. She was also a member of the Kiandaga Branch of the Daughters of the American Revolution and a fourteenth generation great granddaughter of Myles Standish.

Friends may call Saturday, March 16, from 10am-12pm at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua. A 12pm funeral service will follow at the funeral home.
