Hildreth A. Clouse
1937-2020
Hildreth was born in Rochester, NY to the late Earl and Mary (Hill) Neighbor. She met the love of her life at Sampson Air Force Base, Aaron J. Clouse (deceased August 1998). They were married the day he came home from overseas in Rocky Face, Georgia, August 4th, 1955. They continued to live in Georgia for about 5-6 years before returning to Rochester, then moving to Farmington 1972. They enjoyed camping, and traveling for many years together. Hildreth was self employed for most of her life. When she retired, she was operating the Restaurant and Lounge at Sunrise Hill Inn. Family was very important to her.
Together they had five children, Mary Beth Iwaschtschenko, Kimberly (Jeff) Seward, Kenneth Clouse (deceased 1979), Margaret (Maggie) Clouse, and Gayle (Frank) Goodine.
Hildreth is survived by her sister, Gloria Prophet, Indianapolis, Ind.; Grandchildren, Donald (Amy) Heckman, Eric Keesee, Jennifer (Jeremy) Bach, Jonathan (Nancy) Clouse, Great grandchildren, Kenneth Heckman, Ashlyn Garcia, Gregory Keesee, Emma Lynn Newman, Maddie Clouse, Evan Clouse, Colton Bach and Kya Bach; great great-grandchildren, Kennadee Heckman, KJ Heckman, Azeala Garcia; many nieces and nephews; her favorite "Hill" cousins and lifelong friend Jean McGowan.
A family service will be held Thursday, October 15, at 7pm at Fuller Funeral Home, Inc. 190 Buffalo St. Canandaigua. Masks will be required. Family members are invited to join us for a time of remembrance.
