David J. Owens, 88, of Shortsville NY died on February 23, 2021.
A loving father and grandfather, he is survived by daughter, Ginger Rumsey (William); son, Steven; sister, Susan Dougherty (Eric); granddaughter, Jessica Murray (Ed); greatgrandchildren, Seth and Emma Murray; very special friend Joanne Toscano; and his best buddy Buttercup.
