Obituary of George R. Fedigan

George Robert Fedigan, of Victor, NY, died on July 25, 2021. He was born to Kathryn (Granville) and William Fedigan on July 5, 1933 in Rochester, NY. He is predeceased by his 7 older siblings, whom he missed a great deal, and his beloved second wife, Eileen (Fraher) Fedigan. George dearly loved his only child, daughter Laurie Fedigan (Gary) West. He is also survived by his three grandchildren, Adam (Kelly) West, Erin West (Zachary) Gilles, and Brian West, plus an adorable great-grandson, Matthew Gilles. George was a skilled tool and die maker and retired from Kodak more than 20 years ago. He was also an avid golfer all his life. George scored a hole-in-one in his 70s! George was very proud of his service in the US Navy during and after the Korean War, as a radar tech aboard destroyers. He especially enjoyed attending his Navy reunions for many years.
