Obituary of Georgia L. Bellucci

Georgia L. Bellucci, age 70, of Canandaigua, NY, passed away peacefully on October 29th, 2022 at FF Thompson Hospital with her family at her side. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Carl; Son's Matthew and Patrick; Grandchildren Nori and Sage; Sister, Judy (Fred) Harrington; Brother, Michael (Betty) Brown; Sister-in-law, Marilou Bellucci; Nieces, Melissa (Marcus) Johnson (children Jake and Alyson), Coleen Harrington and Meghan (Steve) Moore. She is predeceased by her father and mother, Earl and Doris Brown. She grew up in Rochester and worked at Strong Memorial Hospital for 45 years, which by the way is the only job she ever had – Amazing - and leaves behind many great friends and co-workers. She was always ready to partake in any activity but her most favorite things were spending around her house and time with her family, especially her grandkids. She eventually settled in the city of Canandaigua, NY and also loved spending winters in Florida. She was always the bright spot in any room and made many new friends and acquaintances wherever she was. We would really like to thank all of her neighbors and friends for the support and love that was shown, this meant the world to her. She will be greatly missed by all, there is no replacing a Georgia. All family and friends are invited to a funeral service at Fuller Funeral Home at 190 Buffalo St, Canandaigua, NY on Monday evening, November 7th, 2022, calling hours will be 3pm-8pm. A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday, November 8th, 2022 at noon at St. Mary's Church at 95 N. Main St, Canandaigua, NY, followed by a luncheon. It is requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Hospital under the FF Thompson Foundation. We like to extend our sincere gratitude to the Doctors, Nurses, Aides and other staff that kept Georgia comfortable through this – we really appreciated everything that was done.
