Obituary of Jill Wood

Jill Wood, 79, passed away March 19, 2023, at Strong Memorial Hospital. Born in Stroudsburg, PA December 4, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Marion Hoskinson. Jill was a graduate of South Side High School, class of 1962, and attended Elmira College. She was co-owner of Bill & Jill's Carpet Showcase on Coach St. until retiring in 2003. She wintered in North Port, FL. Jill is survived by her husband of 55 years, William "Bill" Wood; son, Brett (Renee Smith) Wood; niece, Cindy Wiedeman. She is predeceased by her brother, Robert Hoskinson. An 11AM memorial service will be held April 15, 2023, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 320 South Pearl Street, Canandaigua.
