MaryLu Proulx Obituary

MaryLu Proulx passed away peacefully February 12, 2024.


MaryLu was born in Oneida, NY in 1936 to Walter Sr. and Grace Egelston. She Lived in Cicero, Shortsville and Clifton Springs. She was a teacher in in Central NY for 34 years. After retiring MaryLu became an avid quilter. She enjoyed puzzles and spending time with her family.


She was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Walter Jr. and Bernie; son, Michael; grandson, Brandyn and great granddaughter, Hailey.


MaryLu is survived by her son, Patrick (Christine) Wallace; daughters, Michele (Mark) Yanock and Paulette (Don) Kuehnert; 10 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sister in-law, Donna Egelston; several nieces and nephews.


Friends may call, Saturday, February 17, from 1:00 pm-2:00pm at St. John's Lutheran Church, 153 Church Ave. Farmington, NY. A service of celebration to follow at 2:00 p.m.
