ELAINE D'AGOSTINO

1927-2024

Today, our world lost, and heaven gained a wonderful lady. Elaine D'Agostino, at 97 years old, took the journey to join her beloved husband Jim D'Agostino who had pre-deceased her in 2011.

Elaine was a mother, grandmother and great grandmother who has been a sterling example of what a person should aspire to in life. Her example of love and care will be missed by all of us that knew her and loved her.

She is survived by her sons John (Pat) D'Agostino, Ron (Ardyth) D'Agostino, grandchildren Jill (Kevin) O'Dea, Scott D'Agostino, Lindsay (Erik Blass) D'Agostino, Ashley (Tim Voorheis) D'Agostino, great grandchildren Kyle O'Dea, Courtney O'Dea, Kailyn D'Agostino, Ryan D'Agostino, Carson D'Agostino Voorheis as well as many nieces, nephews. She is also survived by her brother Norman Martin and sisters May Wilcox and Jeanette Helms.

Mom resided for several years in the Ewing Continuing Care Facility in Canandaigua and the family would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Leslie Myers and all the care givers for the kind and loving treatment she received there. The Pines staff of Linda, Patty, Julie and the entire crew made her part of their family. The entire staff treated her with respect and dignity and tirelessly tried to address every need and concern she had. We can never thank them enough.

We also want to thank Becky Lankford who started as her home care giver and became a friend and then a valued and close friend. Elaine looked forward to her visits every week to Ewing.

The family will have a private service as she wished and ask that any donations, if you are inclined be addressed to your favorite charity in remembrance of her.
