David J. Leo Obituary

David Leo of Canandaigua, NY was born in Rochester, NY on May 3, 1959. He passed away at home on December 9, 2024, at the age of 65.


David was predeceased by his parents Arthur Leo and Joyce Wilson.


He is survived by his wife Linda, children Meghan (Eric) Leo-Santiago, and Krysta (Ryan) Upson, grandchildren Andrew and Aria Santiago, and Gavin Upson, siblings Judith (John) Manser, Daniel Leo, Kenneth Leo, and Stephen (Jane) Leo, mother-in-law Dolores Lilley and brother-in-law Kenneth (Donna) Lilley, as well as some nieces and nephews.


David attended Catholic school at Blessed Sacrament where he served as an altar boy. He worked in the health field for many years, including Strong Memorial Hospital where he met his wife, Linda.


Upon completing Seminary, he served as pastor at St. James Anglican Church in Elmhurst, NY, Church of the Transfiguration in Phoenixville, PA and Holy Redeemer Anglican Church in Canandaigua, NY.


Calling hours will be held at Fuller Funeral Home, 190 Buffalo Street, Canandaigua, NY on Friday, December 13, 2024, from 4-6 PM.


Donations in David's name can be made to Al Sigl Center or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
