I have known Ann for over 40 years and she is in a special place in my heart. We last saw each other June 16 at the dentist office and she was her usual inspiring self. I thank Ann's family for sharing their mother with so many of us.

Ann was the best person ever! She was my religious education teacher, and became a cherished friend. I remember decorating her house with Christmas lights one year. She always gave me gifts of laughter. I saw her in church when I was in Canandaigua last year with my husband, who is disabled with Parkinson's Disease. She told me to trust in God and He would give me strength. She knew just what to say, and still gave great hugs. I know her legacy will live in her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Please know I am praying for her as I know she is working with the angels to support me.

I did not know Ann however I do know how special these women and mothers are in a family and I am sorry for your loss. My thoughts go out to Joe and all the family. Be sure to hold your family together in body and thoughts, a special task when the center of the family leaves us. Take care.

It was a privilege to have Ann as a long time neighbor & friend. My wife always enjoyed her pop-in visits with Ann shouting from the doorway, Mary Anne!, followed by spirited converation. I was always impressed by her indomitable spirit, sense of humor, candor, concern for others and of course her faith. My prayers and thoughts are with her and her wonderful family.

Growing up, I would tell people Ann was my second Mom. Spent countless hours at the Marinello house. Ann was there, making fantastic dishes, snacks and treats. She gave out wisdom and love freely, and always made you think. We all know how lucky we've been to have had her with us these many years. Now she is with her God, her husband and many friends including my Mom Mary Anne. God bless you Ann!
