On behalf of my brother, Richard Benham(son of Mort, my mother, Beatrice(Uhl, Benham)Andrews and myself, Cynthia(Andrews) Fowler, I wish to express our sincere condolences on the loss of your mother. My brother and I as kids, remember coming to Grandma and Grandpa Benhams and then coming over to play at your house. One of the biggest fears was crossing the pasture lot in fear that a bull would come and attack.(probably due the fear that an older brother can instill in one at a vulnerable age.)Before your mom and dad went to Texas, we would stop in the furniture store to visit with your mother, catching up on family news. Since Mort died, Dick has lost contact with the Benhams, but had been in touch with Dorothy Burgess and her daughter, until Dorothy's death. Dick lives at 7892 Ridge Road E, Sodus, NY 14551, where he still operates an auto body and car restoration business. My mother(who will be 90) lives independently in Bradenton, FL. and I live in Wolcott on a farm where my husband grows, packs, and sells apples.
Once again, I send out deepest regrets, but hope she is in a more peaceful and painless place with your father.
