I want to offer my condolences to Barb's husband, children and family. Barb was one of the most wonderful women I have ever met. She and I would plunk away on what was the worst set of machines at the Ink Tanks Dept in Xerox but for some reason we always got consistently great numbers. All those conversations about anything and everything as we stood there plunking away and churning out those parts. We definitely lived the motto of "Have Fun & Get the Job Done" which was the way of the world in our tightknit Xerox family. I have great admiration at her grace and determination during her initial bout with cancer and for all of the fight she had in her since. I am glad we were able catch up with each other through Facebook within the past year or two. I was hoping we'd be able to catch up at one of the Xerox reunions but alas it was not meant to be. Although anyone reading this will not understand this reference she would have and probably laughed her butt off as I say the next time I see her it will be on the other side where so many loved ones are...probably "standing next to the butternut squash". Rest in Peace Barb!

Barb & I graduated together & were friends since 6th grade or so. We ran into each other recently & reminisced about playing at each others houses when we were young. She looked great!! She was the type of friend that we could pick up right where we left off. Always genuine & friendly. I was shocked to hear of her passing. She is now at rest & pain free. Peace to her family.

My thoughts and prayers to Barb's family. I worked with her at Xerox in Canandaigua years ago. Although we didn't stay in touch, I will always remember the fun we had at work and her great love and energy for everything. She was a very kind person that the world needs more of. Fly high Barb!

I have so many fond memories ...not all will be here on this page, Xerox Canandaigua where I first met Barbie..we worked in Ink Tanks Canandaigua and Farmington Production plants. As a group we did a lot together, pranks, picnics, wings @ Clipper, Sledgehammers, I cannot even think of all we did right now to type.... We were like family there and to this day stayed in touch after many yrs of not seeing eachother after Xerox Closing. Even when I lived in Gorham and my daughter and Justin became friends I used to go to the house and visit. Seems like forever ago ( 2001 ish) anyhow even recently end of 2017 and my kitty of 15 yrs Chloe was ill...she told me she also had a kitty that wasn't well and may be gone soon...now her being gone I just cannot believe and I am thinking of you all and what an absolute amazing friend I had made with Barbie, I will NEVER forget her . She was a true fighter and had first been diagnosed with cancer back in our Xerox days...She was someone who never let that or anything get her down and I think more people who knew her that does not practice this way of hers of compassion, caring , being positive - needs to ! She should have rubbed off on all and DID rub off on me. Loved her very much!

Barb was such a compassionate and loving mother and grandmother. I feel so lucky to have grown up with Lindsay and to have Barb in my life. She was always able to see things from all points of view which made her so understanding and able to give such great advice. I will miss her laugh and her voice the most, but I take comfort knowing that the impression she left on so many people will keep her alive in our hearts and minds. Love you Linds, Louie and Justin.
