My condolences to the family and all who loved Marsha. It’s so hard to lose someone we love, but the seeming finality of death is what makes it especially difficult. Job 14:14,15 gives us confidence that God yearns to bring back to life the dead who are preserved in his memory. His Word, the Bible, gives us a wonderful hope of living in a paradise on earth and seeing the resurrection of our dead loved ones. (Luke 23:43; John 5:28,29) May this bring you some comfort during this very difficult time.

Polly and Tom,
Your Mom and Dad were such good neighbors and an addition to the memories of the Corner Class at the Farmington Friends Meeting.
It meant a lot to me that when your parents were out running in the neighborhood, they would often stop at my Mom and Dad's (Elma and Nathan) just to see how they were doing and visiting for a bit.
Please know that my thoughts and care are of your Mom and your family.

Marsha and Ark were great neighbors. Always a lot of fun. An inspiration to Joan and I as we watched out the window when they ran down the road everyday no matter what the weather. Marsha studying Italian and Braille...always that thirst for more knowledge!
So sorry for your loss..she will be missed

Met Marsha & George at the Phelps 20K which quickly became one of my favorite races. When I decided to become a race director with my wife along my side, it was Marsha & George that we tried to model. Their attention to detail set them apart and put them on top. The running community has certainly lost a key contributor to what running should be in Greater Rochester.
