Rick was an extremely talented guy. He loved cars and already in high school spent time learning how to keep them running at peak performance and looking like new. I didn't see him often over the years, but when I did it was sure to be about cars.
I know his parents were proud of him and family that is left should also have good memories of a good person when they think of Rick.

I’m so sorry to hear of Rick’s sudden passing. I was fortunate to be the little brother to Bob Pierce who was a close friend of Rick’s. I got to hang out with them sometimes in their many “adventures” together growing up. I will always remember his humor and easy laugh. RIP Rick!

Marcia we are sorry for your loss. Rick will be missed . He was fun. We always expected to run into him at the train shows or a car show or the drag races . He was one if a kind. It's hard to believe he is gone. The train shows wont be the same .

Rick, so many memories I have of growing up in our great neighborhood, from playing baseball where your house now is, to hide and seek on the farm and of course ice skating on the pond. I used get mad when you “older” guys wanted to play hockey and us girls wanted to skate.....As ‘adults’ we would see each other at many events! You were always laughing! Will miss you......say hello to Lee!
