Gary was our friend and neighbor when our kids were very young. Howell Street was a close-knit group of kids and parents. Together, we were the proverbial “village” and Gary was an integral part of that. We shared neighborhood block parties, boy scouts, trick or treating, and all the trials and joys of raising young children. Peter and I will always remember Gary for his dry sense of humor, carpentry skills & DIY knowledge, love of baseball, and fondness for the occasional glass of red wine. To live on Howell Street was to know Gary as the resident home-repair expert. Those were the days. We send our love, prayers, and support to Eileen, Catherine and Michael.

To the Delduca Family- Gary was one of the best work friends that I had in my 35 years with Pactiv and I know he was the best husband, father, and friend for you guys and your neighbors. My favorite memory happened early in our career during my third or fourth visit to Canandaigua from the Covington, Georgia plant. We were working on the first servo feed system, and as lunch approached he said "come with me we're going to buy a bucket truck from the utility company." I am wondering if this guys is crazy or what. On the ride over he explained he was rebuilding some of the stuff on the Howell street house that was mostly high work, and a bucket truck would be safer and faster. So after lots of dickering and questions he broke the poor guy at the utility company and he walked away the proud owner of a bucket truck. After he was finished with it he told me he sold it for more that he bought it. That was how Gary was at work, always out of the box on the thinking using simple tried and true things to perform new functions more efficiently. I know you guys are going to miss him so much and I will keep you guys in my prayers, but I know he would want you all to remember all the things that made him Gary, may he rest in peace. God bless you all with comfort for your great loss. Gregg Hebert

Dear Eileen, Catherine and Michael,
I was so sorry to read of Gary's passing, he was a wonderful funny man and a great neighbor, Joe and I always enjoyed talking to him as he walked the dogs in the neighborhood. I know that he worked on your home and it became such a beautiful and warm place. I am thinking and praying for all of you at this difficult time. I hope your memories and the ones of others help to bring you peace! Debbie McWilliams
