Dear Crane family, Cookie and friends,
I’m sorry to hear of Mountain’s passing. Many a minute spent at the corner cut with him. I appreciated his dry wit, drier observations on life and all the boating advice he gave me over the years.
Fish in peace.

I worked with Bob Crane at the winery and that's where we became good friends. He was always so helpful. He would visit me every once in awhile after I retired. We would always exchange Christmas and birthday gifts every year. I can't believe that he is gone. I will truly miss him!

Jim and family,
We had many good times with Mountain in the '90's out at the gun club shooting skeet with him.
He was well liked, and all the guys and gals had a great time with him. He was one of the guys who always showed up on our work days to help with anything that was needed.
When he came to be known as "Mountain", he fit that name in every way.
Our sincere condolences go out to all of the Crane Family, and his friends who will miss him dearly.

I will remember all the memories since my youth of meeting you Mountain from the beginning of our friendship when you worked in your Dad's little store/marina in Vine Valley and then playing football with you and the men who help teach me to become a man. May God bless you Mountain and Thank YOU for all the memories, you will be missed by many. My deepest condolences to his Brothers and Family.
